We have all heard about various programs recently to help home owners out that are "Upside Down".These programs make great headlines but thus far are only just hot air....Why do I say that you ask?
Well for one ALL the latest and greatest ideas from "Washington" have one fatal flaw in them....They are voluntary....yes voluntary...So with that in mind we hear about all this great stuff but so far it is not available to the guy or gal on the street that is trying to stay afloat....
Talk...all talk at this point...
