Just wanted to encourage all fellow agents to go back to basics during these hard times and this really doesn't take money. So many of us are making financial and business goals and it can be discouraging with market conditions what they are - especially as we budget for marketing. I recommend reading the book "Shift" by Gary Keller - it really helps get the current market in perspective. Door knocking and cold calling doesn't cause money - just takes time. Mass email is inexpensive. Then of course, we are all blessed to have this real estate network - Activerain. We need to get back to basics!!!
