Happy Thursday! Determining peoples motivation is the key ingredient in this market and in every market. These are questions you want to be asking. This included all of us. We all talk to buyers and sellers. Questions like. Why are you choosing to sell right now? And why are you choosing to buy right now? Go 3 deep with these questions. Get to the root of the clients need. If they are selling right now- why? Is it a job transfer- how soon do they need to be there, did they loose their job- how much reserves do they have to make payments, divorce- who is paying the mortgage, does the wife want to keep the house, does the husband want to buy another home, or do they want to up or down size and what is the property worth in today's market. Go 3 deep with every question. You need information to make good decision to help people. Time is money and we need to help the clients that are really motivated.
