This time of year I always want to get in touch with my past clients and tell them Thank you for so many years of business. In 2009 I am going to be keeping in touch more. Personal letters and phone calls more often to all of my clients. After realizing how little I do now, I know that I can stay in touch more. In this business you get so busy so fast and forget the little things that count the most. So 2009 is a new year to start fresh and start new things. Today I made some phone calls and forgot how close I had gotten with some of my past clients and their families during their transaction. Some of the folks have kids going into college next year already, doesn't seem possible....
