Are your investors buying right now? I see this market being such a great opportunity for investors and I wish I currently had the means to buy a few properties myself. Being in Birmingham Alabama, our market has fared the storm pretty well with very few areas of Birmingham homes losing value. There are a lot of foreclosures on our market but less than the nationwide average.
Cash buyers have a great opportunity for buying some of these foreclosures. Heck even if you have 3% down and want to buy a foreclosure for your personal residence, you can get great rates and finance up to 35k of repairs!!
I hope everyone is marketing to their investors and saying that right now is a great time to buy. Just hold on to the home for a few years , rent it, and you will be rewarded!!
