Buyers are you sitting on the fence??? Interest rates have never been this low, do you think they will ever be this low again? Prices have never been this low, what more do you need? There is now, once again money to be made in Real Estate. I am sure it will not be an overnight success but what worth the time and effort is?? I predict that by March of 09 Real Estate will stabilize and begin to gradually increase. With this turn there will be more positive movement with the economy. Just as the economy has come to a hault with the decline of the Real Estate Market it will the same way begin to make a come back with the come back of the Real Estate Market. Buy now!!! Once the market begins to move it will be too late to get the best deals. Now at the time of the seasons with Real Estate notoriously being slow many sellers are nervous.
