Slow Down and listen to your Buyer:
The one thing that most agents today do not do is listen, listen, listen. Your Buyer will tell you what they want, where they want it, and when. Sometimes if you just ask the simple question, "Tell me what you are looking for and maybe I can help point you in the right direction." Now, what you have done is give your buyer a sense of ownership in the process and you are showing that your are looking out for their best interest. Now you are on there side, as it always should be. As Jerry Maguire would say, "Help me help you!"
