This looks like a lovely 1 bedroom;  a nice find so close to Salt Creek.  My dad was a surfer and when I was young we lived in Laguna Niguel.  We drove down Crown Valley (it was two lanes then) hung a left on PCH, and then pulled off to the right and drove down a dirt path...and parked right down on the beach.  There was a little shack down there too I think.  Whenever I'm at the Ritz or St. Regis I think about how much it's changed. It has definitely developed into a beautiful upscale coastal community. Best wishes for a quick sale on this listing.
