Meredith is an eight-time presenter at the International Builders Show including numerous appearances in the Super Bowl Sales Rally and the Sales Management Summit. Her convention seminars are consistently rated as some of the most popular, entertaining and educational at the Builders Show.
Meredith holds the prestigious MIRM (Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing) Professional Designation; the highest designation in the Home Building Industry. She is an approved instructor for IRM Course III & IRM Course IV. She is also an approved instructor for CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional), Essential Closing Strategies and Marketing on a Shoestring Budget.

Meredith was honored for her educational programs as the 2001 Sales and Marketing Council Person of the Year and honored for her customer service programs as the 2002 Service Provider of the Year from the HBA of Metro Orlando. A graduate of Rollins College with a Masters Degree in Communication Technology, peers and professors named Meredith their "Most Outstanding Graduate Student."
An experienced host and entertainer, Meredith competed in the Miss America Scholarship Pageant Organization resulting in a Top Ten Finish in the Miss Florida Scholarship Pageant, Finalist Talent Award Winner, and Community Service Award Winner.
Meredith supports the local, state and national builder's associations. She is a board member of the Florida Home Builders Association Sales & Marketing Council and the Institute of Residential Marketing.
