|Locke Paddon Park, Marina, CA|
|Locke Paddon Park in Marina is a "vernal pond", which is a salt marsh. It is one of the few protected wetlands in the county. It is a good bird watching location. I have seen white egrets and great blue herons here.
The park also has picnic tables and a walking path around it.
Contact the City of Marina Parks & Recreation Department for access and use rules and guidelines: (831) 884-1253.
