Market Value is defined by what a willing and informed buyer and a willing and informed seller agree upon. There are many factors that influence true market value and unfortunately, homeowners can easily be swayed into thinking their house is worth more than it is.
Remember, true market value is NOT influenced by:
- Previous Sale Price
- How much you owe against a property
