Question about: Text message Sign System

By

I am contemplating joining a service that will allow potential buyers to request information to be texted to them from a sign rider. Is there anyone using this service, and if so is it working? Can you share some information with me on it?

Also, are you partnered with a lender on the system?

Thanks for your help, Frank

We use Mobile Agent.  The broker provides it to all us agents so it's free to us.  It has a separate sign shaped like a cell phone.  I've had mine in place for about 3 weeks.  I have only had 7 text inquiries so far, but my listings aren't in the right spot for this to do as well.  They do better in younger areas with good traffic.  You wont' get much tucked back in a division.

As far as return - haven't gotten much from it yet, but I'm still new with it.  However the sellers dig it a lot! and they think I'm just the most progressive person on earth for introducing it.

Frank www.sumotext.com is available although a bit pricey. Also, www.textmymls.com is a bit cheaper, It depends on the property I would say and how savvy the potential buyer is whether or not they will text you for information. It is a good marketing tool to put in place.
