Dear Chris,

I Googled 100% real estate investing financing and your webpage came up! Do you finance deals in California, or only in Tennessee?  I'm eager to get into real estate investing on a limited scale, not looking to get super rich, but my wife and I were landlords in West Los Angeles to an apartment over our garage on the same lot years ago, and I liked not having to work for that extra rent money monthly!

I'd appreciate a response if you finance multi-unit investment deals in Southern California 100%, including the down payment, that is what has me stumped right now!  Take care and all the best, Bill

This post was from years ago and while I would love to be able to help you, I am not aware of anyway to purchase real estate with no money out of pocket short of finding a partner to put up the money.

We do only operate in Memphis so Southern Cal. would not be an option for any investing with our company.  I do wish you and your wife all the luck in the world, but no money down is simply something of the past.
