Talk about a reverse in temperatures, we had a 60 degree swing in one day. This morning I carved our Re/Max name on the office window. This was on the inside.

Truly in Wisconsin you can have it all, speaking of weather that is, now in regards to real estate we could us a good thaw. We are encouraged that the interest rates are moving downward and that the amount of home on the market in our area have been reduced.

So we will celebrate Christmas, ring in the New Year and get ready to have a great 2009 in home sales.

Scott, we are in the midwest and it's always unpredictable.  I had to help a senior saint this morning get into her car because the door locks were frozen.  Hard one to do when they are older and arguing the whole nine yards and back.  But she finally did listen .... well, until the next freeze.

Stay warm.

Hi Scott

That's a big one day change in the whether; could it be that the planet is moving into globe cooling?

Success and good luck

We don't have nearly the drastic temp changes here.  I would like a little winter relief from the balmy 70s that we'll see here all week!
