O.k., so here it is holiday time again. Time to reflect about personal as well as business goals, time to stick to diet again, time to spend lots of money (that we usually don't have!), and most of all, time for all of us to really consider how lucky most of us are in terms of what "we do have".
Now that I've been in real estate for over 3 years, I really can finally say that I know what it's like to be "really busy" and all the countless calls, notes sent to clients and sphere of influence, and begging for referrals, are finally working! My partner (and husband) have been busier these last couple of months than we've ever been! It's wonderful! However, real estate is always "planning for the next deal", so we now have to plan for the next few months of business!!
So that's how it goes in this business, but as I said in the beginning, every time I feel sorry for myself, I have to really sit down and remember "how lucky I really am"!!
