Remember the basics!  Ask for a referral during the listing or selling process.  After they have thanked us for something is a perfect time, like after closing.  Lets talk more about real estate everyone-  they are wondering how the market is.  (Our friends, family, past clients, future clients) When they ask you how the market is.  We are selling houses!.  Interest rates are great!  And always ask them who they know who may be thinking about buying or selling in the future. Remind them that we are always looking for new business. And we can help whoever they know that are struggling to keep there homes. Give them a card or brochure even if you think the have one. Back to basics!
