**With the Wall Street fiasco and the uncertainty in the Banks lending, we have had sharp list price decline and a 6.7% drop in closed or sold listings for Redding. We will continue to see foreclosures and short sales which will influence the market for further decline. If you need to sell in this market you should act as prices will continue to decline. For Buyers if you are interested in the entry level market, now may be a good opportunity for First Time Buyers and Investors with interest rates at good lows. The numbers work. The higher priced market segments will continue to see decline.
