This 18 hole championship golf course, designed by renowned golf course architect Joe Lee, opened in October of 1999. Lush, rolling fairways weave throughout undulated landscape, which is surrounded by serene lakes and native vegetation. A design characteristic setting Abacoa Golf Club apart from so many other South Florida golf courses is its flowing elevation changes. Some elevation features may vary from 30 to 40 ft., which offer scenic views while creating exciting golf shots. In typical Joe Lee style, the course's lakes and bunkers meet its sloping fairways with little obstruction, offering a course that is both challenging but fair to golfers of all playing abilities. Abacoa Golf Club features Tif Eagle grass greens producing the highest quality putting surfaces in the south, year round.

Ballen Isles
Phone: 561-775-4763

Few country clubs offer golfers such a historic connection to the traditions of the game. The three championship courses at BallenIsles were originally commissioned by John D. MacArthur to serve as the home of the Professional Golfers' Association of America (PGA). In addition to hosting the World Cup Championship, the PGA Championship, and the PGA Seniors' Championship in the 1970s, these are the courses where many golf legends originally qualified for the PGA Tour. The North and East courses, designed by Dick Wilson and Joe Lee, and the South course, recently redesigned by Gene Bates Golf Design, are magnificent in their maturity, impeccably maintained, and reserved strictly for members and their guests.

Jonathan's Landing
16823 Captains Kirle Drive
Phone: 561-747-7600

Jonathan's Landing offers 54 holes of championship golf. The line-up includes 36 holes of golf at Old Trail, a dynamic 18 designed by Tom Fazio that is considered one of the Top 100 private courses in the U.S., and a second 18 by Arthur Hills, providing two championship caliber courses in a natural surrounding. The 17th hole at the Jonathan's Landing "In Town" course is the signature hole. Designed by Tom Fazio, with his uncle George Fazio the 17th hole is a dogleg par five, measuring 526 yards from the championship tees. After crossing a small portion of water off the tee, the fairway then turns to the right and golfers are faced with a second shot over water. Once you have hit your second shot, you are transported across the water (which is a connecting tributary to the Intracoastal Waterway) via a distinctive vessel built to hold two golf carts. This automatic ferry is just one of the features of this very unique and difficult golf hole. Not surprisingly it is rated as the second toughest hole on the golf course.
