How time flies when your having fun and I am having fun blogging since I joined the Active Rain Network. Now I have always enjoyed writing and I am a big advocate of writing out my clients position in a real estate transaction.
So here I am writing this piece on my "50th" blog!
Reading comprehension is more productive when it comes to offers and counter offers. Requiring your memo be passed to a principal is a strategic move to make sure your position is clear to the other party.
Now I state this because when we talk to people face to face only 7% of the message is understood by the words while another 56% is comprehended with tone and an amazing 37% is processed through your body language.
Take the fact that almost 90% of real estate transactions that have two agents required less then 5 face to face meetings. So writing is effective and reading is effective so why not write it out and have some make a decison based on their comprehension?
