Good or Bad

With what the Fed came out with this morning who knows how low rates will really go.  I beleive we may see 30 year fixed in 4% range and maybe even 3% range.  Of course with people loosing jobs, filing bankruptcy, will anyone be able to get a loan.  Homes are being sold here now in the $40.00 psf range.  We have not seen this in 20 years.  I think all of this will reset priorities for all of us.  We might actually start saving more and spending less even when things do start to turn positive.  If I can be of any assistance to anyone in SW Floirda please let me know.  George
