Today I received two very flattering performance reviews for two of my sales associates from their sellers from recent sales. The sellers not only raved about each of these sales associates in our company's standard performance review form, but one actually sent a glowing letter to our company owners!
The overall performance evaluations were raving about the attitude of the two agents. Both sellers appreciated their agents positive attitude during the selling process. These agents assured the sellers, through constant communication, that much was being done to sell their home and kept their sellers informed every step of the way.
In this market, when days on market is taking longer, it's important to stay positive and to maintain communication with our clients and customers. Congratulations to Lyn and Steve for their positive attitudes!!
