Those are some amazing pictures, I can't even imagine finding a house surrounded by 1700 acres of national Forest. I've always wanted to visit the SE part of our country, I hear you have some of the most amazing views. The worst part about it is you don't hear about them except from other people, unlike Yellowstone, Grand Canyon. I would love to see more photos from your area...
Then maybe I could finally do what I've been saying I would do for the past 20 years and that is take that cross country trip to see what is out there.
