Wow, I have been working on this for 6 months, have had 2 contracts, first one pulled because the bank was taking so long to respond. The second one, was getting really worried, after calling and e-mailing 3 times a day for about 3 weeks....I got a call today that said the offer looks good and they will have the approval by this Friday, and can we close by December 22nd.
I cannot believe how difficult it is to get a hold of the negotiators for the short sales ( I don't mean to sound whiney) but wow.
