Wholesale Lenders doing Non-Conforming Jumbo Loans?

By
Mortgage and Lending

I have been researchinglenders doing Jumbo loans for almost a week, and it's proving to be a difficult task!  Obviously many lenders have ceased doing those types of loans, but I need to find some! I've come across a few websites that list wholesale lenders, but they make you pay to look at their lists. Anyone have any wholesale lenders doing jumbo loans (primarily 30 yr fixed) and accepting new brokers?

Thank you.

Shawn, I had no luck with this. I think things are getting a little better, as far as the banks loosening up the guidelines...hopefully it keeps getting better.

Good luck!
