Why Does Dave Ramsey Only Endorse Churchill Mortgage?

Mortgage and Lending with Churchill Mortgage

The reason I am writing you is to answer a question that some Dave Ramsey listeners often ask.
Q: "Why Does Dave Ramsey Only Endorse Churchill?"

Great Question!
Dave Ramsey has exclusively endorsed Churchill Mortgage nationwide to his loyal listeners since the beginning of his radio show in 1993.
He will not allow any other mortgage company to advertise on his show, because he has full trust that Churchill Mortgage will always do the right thing for the customer, and that may mean not advising you to do a mortgage at all.  Dave has developed this high level of trust over many years, having known the owner of Churchill Mortgage since they were kids.

I take Dave's endorsement very seriously, and I look forward to showing you just what service is all about.

Thanks for the opporutnity to serve you with your home lending needs, and don't hesitate to call with any questions!

And by the way, please allow me to help anyone you know of that may need some advice on their upcoming home purchase or refinance.

Have used Churchill 3 times & first time was the best .. downhill after that & I have a 815 score / service was the problem & I won’t say names . But they will ghost you / not call when you need them at critical times when your trying to buy your home ....unless you have patience try someone else / sorry Dave/ love your advice but call me for advice how they could improve .. Because for every Churchill customer that got there via the Ramsey show, Dave gets a kick-back. Same with any financial adviser found via his website.

Didn't have a good experience with Churchill. With all the Ramsey advice I ended up with a "no credit" score and forced to buy percentage points for several thousands of dollars just to get underwritten for a crappy interest rate. It really left a bad taste...........
