Okay, Here are the after or almost after photos. We are still in the midst of finishing trim, paint and flooring. cabinets will be in by the middle of May. Enjoy and contact me if you are or have an interested buyer.
As you can see, we've put in a lot of work on this classic two story home. New vinyl siding, new aluminum soffit, and gutters. a new one stall garage, and new porch on the outside. Inside the bathrooms and kitchen will have ceramic tile, a must in my eyes for a quality upgrade. Six inch baseboards, all new plumbing and electric, and to top it off, 3/4" hickory floors throughout the living, dining and family room. Family room will also have a gas fireplace.
