I was recently asked the best method for obtaining open house listings since many seem to be held each week and most of them are not listed in the Sunday Boston Globe newspaper. The answer is simple, just visit my website and get the list in PDF format - the list is updated every Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning directly from the MLS (99.9% of the agents post their open house listing in the MLS so that buyer agents can easily identify properties to view with their client). In addition to the weekly open house listings, I regularly obtain critical statistics for my buyer and seller clients in each of these towns. As a full-time agent, I generally cover properties within 25 minutes of my home.
