Price set on first zip code on American Agent Online!

To all agents,

Recently I was asked: Why did you put a price on the first zip code at American Agent Online?

Well, I responded, it became apparent to me that the only way to grow was to have money for advertising. Google, Yahoo, newspapers and magazines all charge when I place an advertisement for American Agent Online and we needed something more than viral internet marketing and email advertising. We will continue to spend every dime we make on advertising  in order to bring the public to our website for real estate agents!  It is the only way to capture the live internet user looking for real estate agents and properties!  It is also important to remember that our website is free to the public!

I find that, now, an agent has to work much harder to make the same amount of income they did during the heyday a few years ago. You have to do everything you can and use all the different methods available. I find that American Agent Online is a very good addition to what you are currently doing. If you get online while you are at home or at the office, chances are that you will get a chat call from someone in America that has a question about real estate. I have been online as much as possible since I launched this website and it has produced a few new clients. A few of my existing clients have made contact with me also. One even used the "chat link" that i included in my emails.  See if it can help you at: www.AmericanAgentOnline.com   It's only $9.95 for the first zip code!

I made this website to help us all in these trying times!

Here is my "Chat with me now" hyperlink from the website:

Any advice or comments would be great from any of you out there!

Thank you, Richard

Very interesting. What is to prevent someone else from creating the same thing for less?

First of all I have worked on this website for about 1 year now and I know it cannot be created for less. Most websites that you and every realtor belong to, that brings you clients, costs about $20 to $40 per month in fees. In my personal opinion, if a real estate agent cannot afford $9.95 per month then they really shouldn't be in the real estate business.

The NAR statistics show that 5% of realtors in America spend about $5,000 per year on technology. 5% would come to about 70,000 to 80,000 realtors. And, $9.95 per month doesn't even scratch that amount. This is a new idea that no one else has and would be taking a really big chance copying due to my patent pending status. The patent number is: 60,925,744

My google, yahoo, and marketing company advertising is hitting into the thousands of dollars per month. Any income American Agent Online has been taking in has all been going to advertising and web development.

Thank you for your question!!
