Recently there was a great post on "the Trump Blog" about networking and I just have to share it with you. You know with all the incredible tools we have on the internet to expand our networks there's no reason why we can't expect to grow our networks at a geometric rate for our credit repair business.
Networking is all about expanding and growing your net. The more people you build relationships with the more you expand your net but the key is working that net.
That's why they call it "networking" not "not-working".
Social networking like using facebook, twitter, fastpitch, linkedin, and so on are all ways to network online and are great additions to offline networking.
One of the biggest mistakes that I have seen in social networking is most people forget that it is networking!
Remember, think of social networking as a great big party on-line and every person you meet is just like someone you meet at a party.
Would you come up to a perfect stranger and ask them for business or some referrals or to do business with you when they don't know you at all?
Of course not!
People have to know you, like you, and trust you before they want to do business with you!
When it comes to social networking remember that the people you network with will be able to see what you do because of your profile. Take a sincere interest in the people you connect with and engage in great conversation.
Now, one of the recommendations I have for productive networking is joining networks where the people you connect with will have a possible need or connection with you and your business.
