Santa baby, slip a listing under the tree,
For me.
been an awful good Realtor,
Santa baby, so hurry down the chimney tonight.

Santa baby, an '09 conversion too,
from you.
I'll wait for preapproval to clear,
Santa baby, so hurry down the chimney tonight.

Think of all the days so cold,
Think of all the condos that I haven't sold,
Next year it could be just as good,
If you'll take my inspection report off hold.

Santa baby, I wanna slot,
a company sales award spot,
Been an underacheiver all year,
Santa baby, so hurry down the chimney tonight.

Santa honey,
there's one thing I really do need,
The deed
For a listing of mine, please sign
Santa honey,
so hurry down the chimney tonight.

Santa cutie,
and fill my stocking with a duplex,
or six.
A dozen would be fine
Santa cutie, and hurry down the chimney tonight.

Come and trim my Christmas tree,
With a listing, or two or three
I could really use a few
And I don't want to have to accom-pa-nee,

Santa baby, forgot to mention a little bling,
or car
Maybe a mercedes to own, or lease
Santa baby, so hurry down the chimney tonight,
Hurry down the chimney tonight,

If you've never had the privelege of hearing the inimitable Eartha Kitt sing this song... click here to hear the original sing the original.  It's since been covered by EVERYbody.. including Jenny McCarthy (most recently), Madonna, Macy Gray, Natalie Merchant, Faith Evans, Ru Paul, Taylor Swift, the Pussycat Dolls, LeAnn Rimes, Kellie Pickler (of American Idol semi-fame) and Miss Piggy in It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie.

RIP Eartha.

Eartha's version inspired many including actress and jazz crooner, Cynthia Basinet, who sang the version commonly attributed to Marilyn (who never recorded the song).
