Who looking home on wants to purchase a home for about $60,000 with a renter paying $900 a month!!  This is a nice looking home on a great lot.  And this is just one of many available.  SW Florida is the bargain capital of the country when it comes to real estate.  Quarter and half acre lots that sold between $40,000 to 125,000 can now be purchased for under $10,000.  In some case $1,000 to $2,500 you can buy all you want.  Let me remind everyone that today it will be 78 degrees and sunny!  This last weekend it was 80 degrees and beautiful. If you had a convertible the top was down and the gold courses were busy!  Yes the area will rebound and now is the time to take advantage of bargain pricing.
