Greenbrier Townhomes in Overland Park Sold for $5.2M to California Investor

Resolute Property Investors of Redondo Beach, CA, purchased the Greenbrier Townhomes in Overland Park, KS, for $5.2 million, or about $65,000 per unit. The seller was Wiston XVI LP.

Located at 8562 W. 85th St., the 80 unit property totals 86,028 square feet. It includes one, two and three-bedroom town homes, a clubhouse/pool complex, and tennis, racquetball and basketball courts.
