Your cell phone most likely comes with a digital camera. Gene and I both use the 3-G I-Phone and love them! Ask Gene sometime who left their new phone on a plane in the overhead coming back from vacation!
There are a variety of ways to take advantage of your camera features for work and pleasure:
Snap a picture of an identifiable landmark when you park in a large lot.
If you park on a city street snap a picture of the nearest intersection.
Snap a picture of the home you have a listing appointment with to insert in your market analysis (an old MLS picture is not cool).
Of course, snap pictures for your blogs!
Take pictures of items you may want to purchase. That way you can track prices on-line or in other stores.
Take pictures of furniture, appliances and fabrics to record decorating ideas.
Snap a picture of the label on a great bottle of wine you're having at a restaurant so you can remember when trying to purchase it at a wine store.
Snap pictures of agent signage for great ideas to use. Quite a while back when agents were first using pictures on their signs we snapped pictures of several different ones so we could decide how we wanted our picture signs to look.
If you are ever in an accident document the damage to the vehicle and get a picture of the other driver's license and plate.
If you have a rash or harmless bug bite and are not sure if the doctor needs to see you, the doctor might be willing to look at a digital picture to provide an opinion.
I'm sure there are endless uses to think of and if you have a favorite I'd like to hear from you.
