EXIT Midlands Realty located at 200 Clark St in Chapin, SC or on the web at www.scexit.com recently assisted GOoD Works with the marketing and sale of donated land in Newberry, SC. The potential to work with GOoD Works and help them sell thier land was a great opportunity for us to assist the Chapin, Newberry and Lexington county communities. Sue Madden, the Director of GOoD Works, has been helping Chapin area residents with housing, clothing, medical and orther needs that are specific to their situation for over 6 years.
When Sue approached us to help with their land I saw an opportunity to use my professional knowledge to enhance our community. At closing, we gave 100% of the commission back to GOoD Works. We look forward to working with Sue and her staff again for future projects.
