Surviving this market!!!!!!!!!!!

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with North Highlands,Greenhaven, Rancho Cordova

My primary areas of Managing Investment Properties have been Natomas, Land Park, Greenhaven, Pocket, Sacramento and Elk Grove.

It seems more and more obvious that we are still treading uncertain waters.  Things look up then look down.

I think if we take a step back, look long and hard at what to expect we can all agree it is not looking good for 2009.  However I am not writing another somber blog, filled with woes and fears.

Instead I wanted to send out some encouraging words.  We must remember that even in the worst markets their is still plenty to do.  Opportunities are still present, you may just have to look a little harder.  We have had allot of success and movement and now it's time to get back to basics.

I think we get what we focus on. If that is so we need to be focused on finding the opportunities that are present and not the doom and gloom that the media is spewing to try and get ratings. While I do acknowledge that things are bad, I don't think they are ever as bad as the TV anchors and pundits make them out to be. They have to sell ads and newspapers and that's fine. I have to sell houses, so I'm going to focus on where the opportunities are and the amazing thing is, when I do that, I see them everywhere.
