My primary areas of Managing Rental Properties have been Natomas, Land Park, Greenhaven, Pocket, Sacramento and Elk Grove.
Although November was looking a bit bleak, December has held it's own for now with regard to rentals in the area. Consistent movement of rental properties has been noticed with little loss to no loss in rental value since mid November.
The later part of December is hard edged with the back to back mid week holidays. However things are gearing up in a satisfactory manner for January.
Currently our property management group is still averaging 30 days or less vacant for our rental properties but the inventory is growing.
