Bargain Hunting

Today's headline, say it all about SW Florida.  Prices way down and sales up.  600 homes sold in November up from 365 in 07.  Prices fall again but how low will they go?  It is like interest rate they really can't go below zero.  But homes that sold for 400,000 3 years ago are now under $200,000 and the bank is taking the hit. As they should.  I say buy now as if you don't you will miss the window of opportunity.
