Christmas Carol and Sue - You'll Love It!

Margaret, I just watched this one for the first time yesterday -- passed along by our broker.

Margaret - I must be the only Realtor(R) in America that hasnt seen this. It's so funny because it's so true. The part I like best is, "Pray that they will be loyal to you".

Merry Merry Christmas! Hope that 2009 will be better than the video.

Margaret, I put up a link to that last year but didn't know how to post a you tube video.  What a difference another year in the rain makes.  It is very cute and even more appropriate this year!!

By the way we have a cold front coming in to the Houston area on Monday.  It is supposed to get down to 60 (lol).  Even after 14 years here we have to laugh when we see the weather and they are reporting a cold front and the temperature shows the 60's in December. 

Margaret I am glad that I stopped by since I haven't made a comment on any of your posts in a while. Appraisals coming back low and septic overflow are some things that I am sure some Realtors have experienced with their clients. But bullets in the walls? Wow! That was hilarious.
