The number of Land sales in our Hamakua Real Estate district are down since thier peak in September of 2004. Hamakua is one of 9 Real Estate districts on the Big Island of Hawaii. (Click here to view a map that shows the location of Hamakua on the Big Island of Hawaii). We have been in a downward trending market since June of 2006 with sevveral months going by without sales. No Hamakua Land sales have taken place so far in December.
