Yesterday I received the following letter in the mail...It was dated December 9, 2009
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
My husband and I found ourselves having financial difficulties int he fall of 2007 after my husband left the RV industry. We fell behind in our mortgage payments and soon realized that foreclosure was imminent. After moving in July of 2008 we received a letter in the mail from Evelyn Johnston from Prudential One Realty. We disregarded it at first, but received a second letter from her at the end of July. After discussing it, we decided to give Evelyn a chance to explain how she could help us out of our nightmare. Upon our first meeting with Evelyn she was up front with how she could help us with a short sale of our property. She asked us what we wanted to accomplish and told us what we could expect of her. She wanted us to sleep on it and not make any rash decisions before we took her on as our realtor. My husband and I had an instant sense of relief talking with Evelyn about how she could help us; we called her the next day and took her on as our realtor.
Evelyn sent weekly reports on how our house was doing with online reviews and always kept in touch with any new information that she had gotten. Within a three month period Evelyn did extensive leg work, had several showings, gave us weekly updates and had extensive dealings with the banks to help get our house sold and off the sheriff's auction block. She goes well above and beyond her job duties to help the customer get the help they need. We truly believe Evelyn was a God send to our problems with our imminent foreclosure. She felt like one of the family when she dealt with us by giving her personal touch with everything she does. Evelyn Johnston truly cares about the people she deals with on a daily basis and is an amazing realtor. We would highly recommend to any and all who are looking to buy or sell the ir home. We could not have asked for a more pleasing experience in our situation,
