Excited about my new HTC TOUCH smart phone, I get word that I'm unable to recieve calls right now, and when anyone calls me, it says the phone is out of service. Well you can imagination my frustration, as this weekend all calls from my office are forwarded to my phone! Yikes! Well, I had to have the calls forwarded to someone else who CAN recieve calls, which is a bit of a bummer.
I am missing out on people that WILL be calling this weekend, because finally, people are buying!
I have decided there's not much I can do at this point about my phone, except wait for the port to change from my old phone to my new phone. Should be later this afternoon. I hope.
On another note, right now is such a great time for anyone to purchase real estate. I cannot believe how far down the prices have gone here in SW Florida. Never did I think you could purchase a 3 to 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, in a nice part of Cape Coral, for under $90,000 and lots in Cape Coral for under $15,000!
Some see this time as depressing. The economy being in the state that it is. I choose to remain positive throughout this time, and because of this state of mind I choose to be in, many good things are happening for myself, and the people around me. It is an exciting time I think. We will watch the market slowly come back up and at the least, it is a great learning experience for all.
