Franklin TN, Chestnut Bend - Market Report

Chestnut Bend is a great Franklin TN neighborhood.  Located adjacent to Franklin High School, the community has underground utilities, pool, and a walking trail along Franklin's Harpeth River.  

Homes are between 3000 and 4600 square feet and average sales are between $478,000 and $600,000.  There are still some great deals but Chestnut Bend , like all of Franklin Tennessee is on a definate upswing.  As far as your buying power, the interest rates are still low so now is the time.  Prices are currently well better than the last update on this post in 2008 level, but with the rates the lowest in years, I expect an uptick.  

If you had your eye on this great Williamson County Tennessee Neighborhood, there may be something there for you now.

Hi Mike - I agree that now is a great time to buy in Chestbut Bend and other areas too!  Both prices and interest rates are down, what more could a buyer ask for?   Love your blog format with the new buttons and links!
