Hawaii VA Loans | Hawaii Home Buyers | The GIFT of Hawaii Military Relocations,

By
Real Estate Agent with Liberty Homes RS-#62825

You received a wonderful gift!   It is the gift of receiving orders to your new duty station and you're moving to paradise!  Hawaii, with its tropical breezes, blue sunny skies, breathtaking scenery and warm weather year round IS all you dreamed of...and more. What's more of a dream than working and living in paradise?

You're an Active Duty, Retired or Veteran of the Armed Forces and you are Relocating to Hawaii. It's not easy picking up and moving to another state let alone across the Pacific Ocean but you sure can do it with ease when you have a sponsor who is willing to go the extra mile to get you acquainted with your new base and in processing information and needs, right?

There's another criteria for you that you need to keep in mind. Yeah, you have those sponsors but you are also looking at purchasing a home while you are here. So often we listen to friends, family and ‘acquaintances' who do not know the Hawaii Home Buying Process or Hawaii Real Estate Laws and though they may mean well, they are not really the experts.

You need the professional guidance of an experienced Realtor® who will give you sound advice regarding the local Hawaii housing market, your VA Guaranteed Loan for a Hawaii Home Purchase and the areas near the Honolulu County Military Bases that you may be interested in.

Education, Information and a Good Realtor® IS The Art of Hawaii Relocations.

The following information will give you more information for your Hawaii Relocation Home Buying Process & your Hawaii VA Home Loan Process:

Being proactive in your Hawaii Military Relocation will make it easier on you...and...your family.

That's an awesome list, Sally! And you're right - none of us "over here" can really give a military personnel the right advice about moving to Hawaii unless we've already lived there!  They definitely need to take advantage of having a well-informed agent on their side during this process.  It's a good thing they can always turn to YOU!

Renae: Our islands are so diverse in culture as well...so it's good to have someone who knows our islands, neighborhoods, culture, RE laws and process. Not only that...as a former military dependent it is surely beneficial for someone to know what it's like to move around too :)

Lauren: Oh....I'm sure your area is beautiful (my husband is formerly from McKeesport ) as well. Have to provide great service for Hawaii Relocations!

You are definitely a great asset to the military personnel who are relocating to Hawaii!  Wow is all I can say!  And you know, I'm actually so jealous not to be able to relocate to a place where it is warm all year round!

What an asset you are to anyone relocating to the Island, military or not!  My brother in law was stationed there years ago, before he was part of the family, and it will always be part of his heart.
