TWITTER TUTORIAL 101 - Part 5
Here is a quick tutorial on how to adjust your twitter settings to receive e-mails you want.

When you are on your Home page on Twitter you see something like this...
Click on the Settings Tab, and on the settings page the Notices Tab
Twitter default setting seems to be for you to receive e-mail every time you get a new follower. This, of course can fill up your e-mail box in a hurry. 
Un-click the box and you will not longer receive the new follower notifications via e-mail.
l do want to get an e-mail when somebody sends me a direct message (DM), so I have checked that option.
How do you then find out who your new followers are?
From your Home page - click on the followers tab to see who is following you
I do this almost every time I see that I have new followers (looking at the increase in # of followers).
I click to see who is now following me and decide if I am going to follow them or not.
Remember to save the new settings at the end.
