Making sure that you are building a pipeline of customers to work with is the only way you will create a steady business. The first step to making sure that your pipeline is flowing is to make consistent follow up with the leads in your pipeline. If you are having challenges converting your pipeline into transactions, you need to ask yourself the following questions:

  1. Are you calling your pipeline on a regular basis?
  1. Do you send emails with valuable information, not just new listings?
  1. Do you send thank you notes?

If you answered "NO" to any of these questions that is probably the reason that you are not converting your pipeline into transactions and your business is not steady.  By doing consistent follow up with your pipeline, your conversion rates will increase and you will improve your net profits.

I will schedule time to do my follow up. My follow up plan will consist of phone calls, emails and direct mail to my pipeline. By consistently following up and taking care of my customers needs, I will have more conversions from my pipeline and my net profit will improve.

 

By doing my follow up I will be providing valuable information to my prospects while nurturing relationships with my future clients.
