While much of the country is suffering from some major housing crunches, the San Antonio market is not feeling the pinch as much. Part of the reason is that San Antonio had not riden the high wave of bloated housing prices and the San Antonio area has one of the lowest living expenses. Having said that, there is still a housing slowdown and new starts are low. People are still moving into the area. When people are moving from out of state, they want to know, NOW, what is available. Re: the internet. While pictures help, interactive virtual tours are more realistic, allowing the viewer to see most all and focus on interesting areas, rather than being led. Virtual tours provide that. A true virtual tour allows the viewer to 'visit' a home, establishment, theme park, golf course, etc. from their home and decide if they then want to take the time to go in person. In this day and age of increasing transportation cost, clients want to 'see' where thay are going before arriving. To see more of the possibilties, also visit RealTourVision.com.
