Looking for VA familiar with Advantage XI CRM.

I have the Mark-It Advantage XI CRM purchased from Gary David Hall's website. I've tried numerous real estate crm's and this is the best by far. However, right now I'm a little overwhelmed with trying to redo my website (not from a template but I'm using Micrtosoft Expression Web 2) so I'm looking for a virtual assistant who could set up the drip email (& create the actual messages) and set up some of the other features that this very robust and versatile program has. If anyone knows of a virtual assistant who is familiar with Advantage XI, please ask him or her to contact me. Mary, I am curious as to how long you have been using advantage xi. I seem to be experiencing stability issues on my vista operating system with this software. The message NOT RESPONDING appears way too often. Which operating system are you on and have you experienced any of these issues?

I have Vista Home Premium. I recently added Spybot Search and Destroy and have been having some stability issues with Internet Explorer, Advantage XI and other programs since then but not before. I'm going to remove Search & Destroy and see what happens. If I were you I would contact the tech support at Advantage XI to ask for their advice and assistance. They can do some pretty amazing things.

What features of Advantage XI do you like the best?

Hi Mary. Did you have any luck finding a virtual assistant for Xi. Great program when it works but I seem to spend more time fixing problems and waiting for support than using it.

I couldn't find a VA who had familiarity with the program so I never used many of the features of the program. If you are tech savy or have someone who is, this program is great.
