Thea says she has basically replaced her Real Estate website with her blog site. "I can't tell you how much more impressed people are with our Blog. We offer so much more information and it's more interacting than with a regular site."
The blog is the wave of the future and the Agnew's jumped aboard and had their design published on the world wide web back in October 2008. "It took us months to get it ready and we are still working on it but we know it will be the best we can offer our clients and customers," Art says.
By utilizing the Blog, the Agnew's have joined the ranks with a growing number of top real estate professionals across the nation. There is an emerging trend among the top agents in the real estate industry to increase the quality of their personal marketing materials - to market themselves as well as the homes they sell or the company they work for.
"Thinking of what we were going to call our Blog took awhile to figure out. We wanted something that would be catchy and people will think of Clarksville and us when they hear it," Thea says. With Last Train To Clarksville they wanted to stay with the theme of train tracks, Monkeys and poppy flowers. "Traveling in Clarksville, along the highway, I would see those beautiful red poppies and just loved them, so I wanted those in our design as well," Thea says. Yellow is her favorite color, so it was easy to decide with the yellow poppies along the railroad tracks. "These tracks end and we thought it would be great to say,'Your Journey Ends Here..'," she continued.
With Last Train To Clarksville, you will see those cute monkeys that represent The Monkees who sang the song, 'Last Train To Clarksville'. They bring out the creative spot of the site.
