I'm so glad to be getting back in the swing of things after seeing and spending a little time with my wonderful family. I'm gearing up for the new marketing campaign and trying to figure out a few new inexpensive ways to reach out to my outstanding referral team (i.e. my past clients) and get remind them that I'm still out here showing and selling the homes in their neighborhood.
I have had the luxury in past years of mostly only working with friends and their referrals. Of course, with the slow-down in the economy, it seems that I need to widen the net I've cast. Any ideas?
