I have listed and sold a few foreclosures in the past few years. I have sold 20-to-1 for each one that I've listed for sale. I would love to do a lot more of foreclosure listings. I already know about the down-sides - I have people lined up who can do the trash-out, re-keying, securing, tracking and other aspects of the foreclosure listing - I just have never been one to get the calls from the actual foreclosure liquidation companies who list with the four of five great realtors in the area who get the bulk of these listings. Any hints?
